Any house we wanted to look at she made sure to take a detailed video for us and made sure to show us all the good and bad parts of the house. When it came time for signing all the documents she made sure to walk us through all the parts so we understood what we were signing. Additionally, when it came time to put offers in she made sure we were knowledgeable on the market and what would be a competitive offer. Writing this on our closing day and satisfied isn't a strong enough word to describe working with Kelsy. From day one she was extremely helpful and patient with my first time homeowner questions. She was there with us every step of the way and answered all of our endless questions; no matter how small, she always expressed that our worries and questions were important to her.
